Aviation
with Purpose.

Cyprus's first business jet fractional ownership programme. A dual‑role Pilatus PC‑24 quick‑change platform, serving premium travel and medical evacuation across the Eastern Mediterranean.

Two market gaps.
One aircraft.

Cyprus has no home‑based medevac jet, and no locally‑based fractional ownership programme. Every medical air transfer today depends on foreign operators positioning in from thousands of miles away. Every Cyprus resident who flies privately owns outright or charters abroad.

The Pilatus PC‑24 is the only business jet in the world that converts from an eight‑seat VIP cabin to a full ICU medevac configuration on the same airframe. One aircraft, both missions. A single Paphos‑based airframe addresses both market gaps simultaneously.

Six shares.
Two purposes.

A single Paphos‑based Pilatus PC‑24, operated under an established EASA Part‑CAT Air Operator Certificate. Held through a six‑share fractional structure: four shares for Cyprus‑based individuals and corporates, two shares reserved for medevac institutional participation.

VIP Fractional Ownership

Four one‑sixth shares available. Each share provides seventy annual flight hours in eight‑seat VIP configuration, with access to the underlying medevac‑capable platform.

Based at Paphos, ready to dispatch on short notice. Owner Hourly Rate sits well below third‑party charter market — no positioning legs from northwest Europe, no broker fees, no surprises.

Five‑year initial term. Exit available from Year 3. Capital preservation through the share's underlying asset value.

Medevac Anchor Partnership

Two shares reserved for institutional medevac participation: the Republic of Cyprus, private hospital groups, and international healthcare operators with a strategic interest in Cyprus‑based medevac capacity.

Anchor partners access the aircraft at preferential mission rates, with scheduled‑standby dispatch, ninety‑minute activation, EURAMI‑track accreditation, and integration with clinical operations centres.

Bed‑to‑bed interfacility transfer between hospitals within the same group is supported.

The Pilatus PC‑24.
No compromise.
