LifeWings is establishing Cyprus's first EASA-regulated business aviation operator — launching as an NCC in 2026 and progressing to full AOC certification by 2027. Anchored at Paphos. Built around the Pilatus PC-24.
The island sits at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — yet business aviation has always depended on foreign-registered operators. LifeWings changes that. We are building Cyprus's first EASA-compliant Non-Commercial Complex (NCC) operation, with a clear regulatory roadmap to full Air Operator Certificate (AOC) status.
Operating under CAA Cyprus oversight, LifeWings brings institutional-grade standards to a market that has long been underserved — offering a premium, locally-anchored alternative for private aircraft owners, corporate travellers, and mission-critical transport needs across the region.
The Pilatus PC-24 is uniquely versatile — a pressurised cabin jet capable of operating from short unpaved strips, with medevac-ready configurations and a range covering all of Europe and the Middle East.
Professionally manage your Cyprus-registered PC-24 or equivalent under EASA NCC standards. Crew supply, maintenance oversight, regulatory compliance — fully handled by an experienced Post Holder.
Available 2026From 2027, commercial charter on the PC-24 for high-net-worth individuals and corporates across Europe, MENA, and the Eastern Mediterranean — issued under full CAA Cyprus AOC authority.
AOC 2027The PC-24 is configurable for stretcher, isolation, and critical-care missions. LifeWings offers aeromedical positioning and, in partnership with medical providers, full air ambulance services across the region.
Medevac ReadyDedicated programme for businesses requiring consistent, premium travel between Cyprus and European or Middle Eastern destinations. Block-hour arrangements and priority availability on request.
B2B ProgrammeThe PC-24 operates from unpaved strips as short as 800m — opening Greek island airfields, Anatolian highlands, and remote resort destinations that are simply inaccessible to conventional business jets.
PC-24 ExclusivePC-24 owners seeking EASA-compliant management in Cyprus, or operators wishing to wet- or dry-lease the PC-24 into the LifeWings fleet, are invited to discuss commercial partnership terms directly.
PartnershipThe PC-24 is the only business jet capable of operating from unpaved strips — combining pressurised cabin comfort, true jet performance, and an optional flat cargo floor. It is the backbone of the LifeWings fleet and perfectly suited to Mediterranean and MENA operations.

With 25 years in aviation spanning airlines, corporate flight departments, and regulatory consultancy, Captain Sabardin brings rare institutional depth to the LifeWings project. He has flown as an airline captain in the USA and as a corporate pilot for heads of state and billionaires, accumulating over 7,000 flight hours on business jets.
Holding a Master's degree in Aviation Management (MBA), Captain Sabardin founded Miralty Consulting in 2012 — an EBAA-affiliated firm specialising in AOC/NCC establishment, operations audits, and flight crew training across EASA and offshore registrations. He has served as Post Holder of Flight Operations with in-depth knowledge of EASA, T7, M-REG, and 2-REG regulatory frameworks, and is a qualified Type Rating Instructor (TRI) and Examiner (TRE).
At LifeWings, Captain Sabardin serves as Accountable Manager and Post Holder of Flight Operations — not a passive investor, but an active operator building Cyprus's first business aviation legacy from the ground up.
Whether you are a PC-24 owner seeking EASA-compliant management in Cyprus, a medical provider interested in aeromedical services, a corporate requiring consistent regional access, or an investor looking to participate in the project — we welcome the conversation.
We will be in touch shortly. LifeWings is on approach.
